We are looking for a PMO Support Officer  to join our Digital Health team and help deliver smarter, safer, and more efficient healthcare solutions.

What you'll do

  • The PMO Support Officer provides essential project and programme support to ensure the successful delivery of the Digital Health portfolio within Health and Care Jersey. The post holder will maintain programme documentation, track progress, monitor risks and benefits, and enable consistent application of project management standards
  • Maintain programme and project documentation, including RAID logs, action trackers, and benefits registers.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to project and portfolio boards, including meeting preparation, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in the production of portfolio reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for senior stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of programme governance frameworks and ensure compliance with PMO standards.
  • Help manage capacity planning, resourcing, and project scheduling within the PMO.
  • Contribute to business case development through collation of financial, resource, and benefits information.
  • Monitor and track supplier and project delivery performance against agreed KPIs and milestones.
  • Provide logistical support for workshops, project kick-offs, and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Maintain accurate and auditable project records in line with information governance standards.
  • Support the embedding of agile and traditional project management practices across Digital Health.
