Job Overview

As Product Lead – Hospital, you will own the vision, strategy, and delivery of the full portfolio of hospital digital products, including the Electronic Patient Record and other core systems supporting emergency, acute, medical, and surgical services. 

 

You’ll lead a team of Hospital Digital Leads, work closely with senior clinicians and operational leaders, and ensure digital solutions are clinically safe, operationally effective, and aligned with organisational priorities.

What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic leadership for hospital digital products and services 
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of hospital digital solutions 
  • Lead and develop Hospital Digital Leads and their teams 
  • Ensure compliance with clinical safety standards (DCB0129 / DCB0160
  • Oversee EPR, PAS, and hospital-wide system optimisation 
  • Build strong relationships with clinical and executive stakeholders 
  • Lead business case development, procurement, and benefits realisation 
  • Champion digital adoption, inclusion, and staff engagement
