As Product Lead – Order Communications Systems (OCS)/Integrations, you will own the vision, strategy, and delivery of digital products that enable safe, reliable ordering, requesting, reporting, and information flow across Jersey’s health and care system. This includes order communications, diagnostic requesting and results workflows, integration services, interfaces, messaging, and the interoperability that connects clinical, operational, and administrative systems.
You’ll lead the product direction for OCS and integrations, working closely with clinicians, operational teams, Digital Services, suppliers, pathology, radiology, pharmacy, primary care and other system owners to ensure digital workflows are clinically safe, resilient, standards-led, and aligned with organisational priorities.

What You'll Do
- Provide strategic product leadership for OCS, interfaces, interoperability, and integration services
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of OCS and integration products, from discovery and design through delivery, optimisation, and retirement
- Translate clinical, operational, and technical needs into clear product roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans
- Ensure ordering, requesting, results, and messaging workflows are clinically safe and compliant with relevant clinical safety standards
- Oversee integration dependencies across EPR, PAS, diagnostics, pharmacy, primary care, and wider health and care platforms
- Build strong relationships with clinical, operational, technical, supplier, and executive stakeholders
- Lead business case development, procurement input, service transition, risk management, and benefits realisation
- Champion digital adoption, data quality, resilience, and continuous improvement across connected care workflow
