As Product Lead – Primary / Community Care, you will hold senior accountability for the vision, strategy, and delivery of the digital product portfolio supporting primary care, community health, and integrated care services. You will work in close partnership with GPs, community clinicians, social care colleagues, operational leaders, and suppliers to ensure digital solutions are clinically safe, user-centred, interoperable, and aligned with population health and integrated care priorities.
The role includes direct line management of the Primary Care / Community Digital Team and Primary Care Product function, with responsibility for delivery, staff development, and service resilience

Develop clear product visions and multi-year roadmaps supporting integrated care

- Champion agile, user-centred, and inclusive design approaches
- Maintain strong engagement across GP practices and community sites
