Job Overview

 

The PMDT team is key to the long-term sustainability of the organisation, working collaboratively alongside Finance and HR colleagues to ensure the delivery of an efficiencies programme. Members of the team will be involved in reporting sensitive highly complex information, ensuring continuous communication with the Care Group and Workstream leads to ensure that the progress of the programme is accurately reported and drives clinical and financial improvements. The team is instrumental to development of a long term HCJ Strategy and a valuable knowledge base for articulating future investments required and ensuring benefits of change are realised.

 

The Change Manager for Procurement, Medicines Management, Non-Pay, Estates & Facilities is required to develop, lead and deliver a portfolio of complex strategic change and continuous improvement projects across the whole of the health and care system to support the delivery of HCJ’s FRP vision to create a healthy island with safe, high-quality, affordable care that is accessible when and where our service users need it.
