Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with experience in Product Management to join our Primary Care Digital Health Team.
This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys project & product execution, someone who can drive cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and deliver impactful health care solutions that meet the needs of providers and patients alike. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of primary care in Jersey by delivering innovative digital solutions that improve access, efficiency, and patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will bring;
- A solid track record of managing healthcare or digital health products through full lifecycle delivery
- Demonstrated experience working with primary care teams, services, or technologies
- A passion for improving access, quality, and outcomes in primary health care
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, especially in clinical and commissioning environments
