We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Digital Health team and help deliver smarter, safer, and more efficient healthcare solutions.

What You’ll Do
- The Project Manager is responsible for delivering digital health projects using agile methodologies within Health and Care Jersey. The post holder will lead multidisciplinary teams, applying iterative delivery methods to accelerate value, improve user experience, and support adoption of digital solutions in health and care services
- Plan and deliver projects using Agile methods.
- Establish delivery roadmaps, sprint plans, and backlogs in partnership with product leads and technical teams.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across agile workstreams.
- Track delivery metrics and produce reports for Digital Health PMO, governance boards, and senior stakeholders.
- Promote continuous improvement and embed agile culture across Digital Health teams.
- Ensure compliance with clinical safety, information governance, and data protection standards in agile delivery
