We are looking for a Project Manager with Scrum / Agile Lead experience to join our Digital Health team and help deliver smarter, safer, and more efficient healthcare solutions.

 

Digital transformation is at the heart of our mission to improve health services. As a Project Manager, you’ll be the bridge between clinical teams, operational staff, and technology experts—turning ideas into actionable solutions that enhance patient outcomes and streamline workflows

What you'll do

  • As a Project Manager with Scrum / Agile experience you will be responsible for facilitating agile delivery teams within Health and Care Jersey, ensuring that teams are empowered to deliver value iteratively and effectively.
  • Facilitate all Scrum sessions (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
  • Support Product Owners in maintaining healthy backlogs and clear priorities.
  • Remove impediments to progress, escalating where necessary to the Head of Delivery & PMO.
  • Coach teams, product leads, and stakeholders in agile principles and practices.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and self-organisation within teams.
  • Track delivery progress using agile metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput) and report to governance boards.
  • Encourage continuous improvement through retrospectives, process reviews, and feedback loops.
  • Promote Agile maturity across Digital Health by embedding practices that align with HCJ transformation goals.
