We are looking for a Project Manager with Scrum / Agile Lead experience to join our Digital Health team and help deliver smarter, safer, and more efficient healthcare solutions.

What you'll do
- As a Project Manager with Scrum / Agile experience you will be responsible for facilitating agile delivery teams within Health and Care Jersey, ensuring that teams are empowered to deliver value iteratively and effectively.
- Facilitate all Scrum sessions (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
- Support Product Owners in maintaining healthy backlogs and clear priorities.
- Remove impediments to progress, escalating where necessary to the Head of Delivery & PMO.
- Coach teams, product leads, and stakeholders in agile principles and practices.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and self-organisation within teams.
- Track delivery progress using agile metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput) and report to governance boards.
- Encourage continuous improvement through retrospectives, process reviews, and feedback loops.
- Promote Agile maturity across Digital Health by embedding practices that align with HCJ transformation goals.
Ensure compliance with information governance, data protection, and clinical safety standards
