Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Property Maintenance Officer to manage our Site Services team and help maintain a range of operational assets, including workshops, pumping stations and other key buildings within the Operations, Transport and Sport portfolio. You’ll manage reactive and planned maintenance works, oversee minor projects, and work closely with departments and contractors to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
If you have experience in property maintenance or facilities management, strong technical knowledge, and enjoy solving problems in a fast‑paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact on public assets and services.
