Provision Leader Learning Support 

32 hours per week | Term Time Only; ESSF08

 

Join Highlands College and help transform the educational journey of students with learning needs.

We are looking for an organised and compassionate Provision Leader in Learning Support to lead our Enhanced Transition provision, including mainstream, private, EHE and Lighthouse providers.

 

The role leads on student support, SEND enrolment, annual reviews, quality assurance processes and the delivery of wellbeing initiatives through our Base Room provision.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support students with identified learning needs and play a key role in delivering high-quality review processes that enable positive outcomes and successful progression.

 

The successful candidate will:

* Be highly organised, proactive and meticulous, with excellent attention to detail.

* Have experience of handling sensitive and confidential information professionally.

* Work effectively with students, families, staff, external professionals and CYPES, acting as the point of contact for all student support matters.

* Possess strong administrative skills, including attending/scheduling and coordinating reviews, collating and distributing reports, tracking outcomes, maintaining accurate records, taking minutes and producing statutory documentation.

* Have knowledge of SEND, RON processes and statutory requirements (desirable).

* Be committed to supporting students to engage successfully with and achieve their learning outcomes for further training and employment.
