Job Overview
The Quality Assurance Service Manager will lead the quality assurance function to ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, practice, and service delivery across children’s social care.
They will play a key role in shaping how we learn, reflect, and improve embedding a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and excellence in the service. The responsibilities will include overseeing the Feedback Service, the Designated Officer and managing the Practice Development Leads, ensuring that insights from feedback, audits, and performance data translate into meaningful improvements in practice and outcomes for children and families.
This is a pivotal role for an experienced professional with a strong background in Children’s Social Care, excellent analytical and leadership skills, and a genuine commitment to improving lives through high-quality, reflective, and evidence-informed practice.
