In this pivotal role, you’ll lead our quality assurance and audit function for Children’s Social Care.
Drawing on your substantial frontline and strategic management experience, you’ll join a dynamic team that integrates the Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO), Designated Officer (JDO), Workforce Development, providing a holistic perspective on practice, oversight and professional growth. Your commitment to child-centred practice will shine as you use audit, data and feedback to support meaningful improvement.
