Quality Assurance Manager

Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people in Jersey? We’re seeking a passionate, energetic Quality Assurance Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and values genuine partnership. You will lead our quality assurance function for Childrens services, drawing on substantial frontline and strategic management experience, within a dynamic team that integrates safeguarding and workforce development functions to give a holistic view of practice, oversight and professional growth. You will use audit, feedback and data to drive meaningful improvement, embed a culture of learning and see the visible positive impact of your work on our island community.
