An exciting opportunity to work at Victoria College!
We are looking for a School Secretary/Receptionist who is a team player, has excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, and can prioritise effectively within a busy environment. Experience of working within a school setting would be beneficial. The role is 37 hours per week, 8am–4pm, term time only plus 3 days in the school holidays.
From September 2026, we are expecting our team to move into our brand-new reception facility, with the School Secretary/Receptionist working as part of a small and collaborative team and connected to a wider operational team of 30 colleagues across the College. This structure ensures strong support, shared expertise, and a collegiate working environment.
