Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Le Geyt Day Service as Senior Healthcare Assistant.
You will be working alongside a large skilled and experienced team supporting individuals with learning disabilities and associated conditions.
As a Senior Healthcare Assistant you will be leading and planning the day to day running of the centre. You will be supporting and mentoring the team, displaying essential practice and leadership skills. Effective communication is required on a daily basis, liaising with family / carers/ outside agencies and members of the wider organisation.
RQF (or equivalent) in Health and Social care level 2 is essential / RQF (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care Level 3 is desirable. IT sills are essential.
