Job Overview
We are looking for passionate and resilient Senior Health Care Assistants to join our Learning Disability team. The role involves supporting adults aged 18 and over who present with significant behaviours that may challenge, as well as people with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD). You will help provide structure and consistency, support the development of daily living skills, encourage meaningful involvement in the community, and promote independence wherever possible.
We need adaptable and motivated people who are committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care. You must be flexible and able to work a range of shifts, including early shifts, late shifts, waking nights, sleep‑ins, and full 24‑hour shifts as part of a rota.

Qualifications
In possession of Level 3 vocational award in health and social care Minimum of 2 years’ experience at Grade 1 post
Knowledge
Minimum of 2 years’ experience at Grade 1 post Knowledge of personal care and related procedures
Experience
Demonstrate own understanding and support junior members of the team to ensure compliance of HCS infection control policies and procedures. Maintains a professional portfolio, ability to reflect on own practise in order to identify own training needs and development
