We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Senior Psychological Therapist to join our dedicated Psychology Department in collaboration with Secondary Mental Health Services. You will play a central role in delivering high quality, evidence based psychological interventions to adults with complex mental health needs, working closely with other teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for the people we serve.

Job Purpose
What You'll Do
• Provide specialist psychological assessment and interventions for adults with complex mental health difficulties.
• Offer consultation, formulation, and supervision to multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Contribute to service improvement, development of care pathways, and implementation of best practice.
• Support the growth of psychological thinking across teams, strengthening trauma informed and recovery focused approaches.
• Supervise junior staff and trainees as appropriate to your professional background.

Statutory Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who is:
• A qualified and registered Psychological Therapist (e.g., Clinical Psychologist, CBT Therapist, Counselling Psychologist, IPT/EMDR/Schema/other accredited therapist) with substantial post qualification experience.
• Skilled in working with complex presentations within secondary mental health settings.
• Confident in delivering evidence based therapies and formulating collaboratively with service users.
• Experienced or ready to develop skills in supervision and service leadership.
• Committed to compassionate, person centred care aligned with Health and Care Jersey values.
