Job Overview

Beauport Ward is an orthopaedic ward, caring for emergency and elective orthopaedic surgery. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated staff nurse to join our nursing team. We lead on orthopaedic care on the island for the residents of Jersey. 


As an integral member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality and patient-centred care to . If you're a compassionate and skilled nurse with a passion for leading exceptional surgical experience, we invite you to apply.

 

As an organisation we pride ourselves on the professional development for our team. The hospital has its own education centre which links in with a Scottish University in Aberdeen. Currently we have RN's currently undertaking their MSC programmes. All supported with generous funding and study time. You are granted on average 195.0 hours and 10 public holidays equating to a further 75 hours per year.

As this position will work with vulnerable people, the selection process will involve safeguarding measures and include an enhanced DBS check.
