About the role:
Children’s Social Care is seeking an experienced Senior Youth Worker to lead, develop and oversee the delivery of targeted youth work interventions within the Adolescent Team for those young people who have allocated Social Workers.
What you will bring to the team:
We’re looking for a confident and compassionate leader who can bring energy, creativity, and a deep commitment to young people in our Adolescent Team. You’ll be someone who thrives in a multi-agency environment, can build strong relationships with vulnerable adolescents, and is passionate about delivering youth work that makes a meaningful difference. Your ability to mentor others, think strategically, and respond flexibly to complex situations will be key to supporting both young people and members of the wider team.
