Job Overview
We are looking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Full time registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team. If you are passionate about Brain Health this is the perfect job for you. The Memory Assessment Service, (MAS) works closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to provide assessment, diagnosis of dementia, formulation of care planning and care transfer for adults presenting with symptoms of cognitive impairment that is suspected to be caused by dementia. The post holder will be a highly experienced practitioner within the multi-disciplinary team and will contribute to the development of a service through involvement in standard setting and dissemination of expertise and will lead the team approach to evidence-based practice. Nurses working at this level will support their managers across a range of clinical and managerial responsibilities.
