Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Social Worker to join our rehabilitation service supporting adults with complex mental health needs and complex emotional needs.
 
 You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing assessment, care planning, risk management, safeguarding, and advocacy to promote recovery, independence, and community integration.
 
This is an opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and support individuals to achieve their personal goals within a recovery-focused, trauma-informed environment.
