Job Overview
Our Specialist Pharmacy Technician plays a vital role in delivering a high quality medicines optimisation service across Health and Care Jersey.
Working closely with clinical pharmacists and multidisciplinary teams, you will support patients throughout their hospital journey by undertaking medicines reconciliation, dispensing and accuracy checking medicines, providing patient counselling, and helping to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centred care.
You will also contribute to service improvement initiatives and support the development of fellow pharmacy technicians through mentoring and training.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Pharmacy Technician who is passionate about improving patient outcomes within a hospital setting.
