Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Medicines Optimisation Technician to join our friendly and forward-thinking team. Working alongside Clinical Pharmacists and multidisciplinary ward teams, you will play a key role in supporting the safe, effective and person-centred use of medicines across Health and Care Jersey.This is a great opportunity to broaden your clinical experience, contribute to the development of pharmacy services and make a meaningful impact on patient care while supporting better health outcomes for our island community.
