Job Overview

Victoria College Preparatory School is looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our fantastic team.

 

The successful candidate will be a child-centred practitioner who is committed to inclusive education and passionate about creating high-quality learning opportunities that enable every child to thrive. Working closely with class teachers and the ENCO, the role involves supporting pupils' learning, development and wellbeing across the school.

 

This is a school-based position, working 8.30am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday. The role includes providing classroom support, working with individual and small groups of pupils, and undertaking lunchtime supervision duties as part of the wider school team.
