Job Overview
Team Leader/ Senior Learning Support Assistant in Pathways.
34 hours per week. Term time only.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our successful Preparatory Learning Department as a Lead Key Worker.
This role offers candidates an opportunity to build on knowledge and experience in Inclusion and work with a great team of skilled and dedicated staff.
We are looking for someone who is;
A great communicator and is proactive.
A team player.
Knowledgeable or has an awareness of SEMH and Trauma informed approaches to learning.
Has a strong level of enthusiasm and energy to motivate and enable all student to achieve their best.
Can engage learners through supporting lesson content and outcomes provided by the lecturer.
Has awareness and empathy for the impact of learning difficulties and disabilities on learning.
