Job Overview
The Jersey Youth Service is looking to recruit a Team Leader who will play a key part within the Leadership Team contributing to the overall strategic development of the Service and being directly responsible for the development, management and operational delivery of a Team of cluster colleagues.
Contribute to the overall strategic development of the Youth Service and be responsible for overseeing the development, management and operational delivery of youth work within an allocated cluster of responsibility, including managing complex partnership arrangements.
This is a significant, demanding, dynamic and wide-ranging role within the Leadership team of the Youth Service.
