Job Overview
Lead inspiring outdoor learning experiences as a Senior Learning Support Assistant, supporting pupils to thrive beyond the classroom . You will design and deliver engaging outdoor play (OPAL), forest school-style activities, and targeted interventions that build resilience, independence, and social-emotional development.
Working collaboratively with teachers, families, and professionals, you will guide small groups, mentor staff, and create inclusive, adaptive learning environments. This role suits someone passionate about nature-based learning, behaviour support, and holistic development.
