Job Overview
Mont a l'Abbe School wish to recruit Specialist Learning Support Assistants to work proactively with learners who have anxious behaviours that may challenge. You will have previous experience working within this field, an understanding that behaviour is communication, a trauma informed understanding or approach and or a willingness to undertake training. You will be a resilient, kind and solution focused team player.
An NVQ / CACHE level 3 or equivalent accredited qualification in Teaching and Learning is essential.
This position is graded at ESSF07 and working 31 hours per week.
