Job Overview

One aspect of this role involves supporting students who become unwell during the school day, taking responsibility for meeting pupils’ medical needs including the administration of basic first aid where required. Full training will be provided.


The administrative aspects of the role will require an individual who is highly organised, accurate and efficient. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications would be beneficial, along with the flexibility and willingness to learn new systems. Administrative duties are varied and include providing administrative support to Senior Leaders and the Office Manager. We are a busy school and the role involves a varied range of administrative tasks including data entry, event support, calendar management, and assisting with both internal and external school communications. Experience of working in a school would be beneficial though not essential.


The successful candidate will be an essential member of the Office Team, contributing towards the effective and smooth operation of the school Training will also be provided to enable the successful candidate to cover other roles within the department during periods of staff absence.
 
This is a term time only position, offering 30 hours per week. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Annual leave must be taken in the school holidays.
