Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the University College Jersey Business Support Team focusing on the Higher Education provision at Highlands/UCJ. The role requires skills in customer service, compliance and IT literacy.

To provide comprehensive business support University College Jersey degree programmes and provide administrative support services to the department.

Engage with the Head of UCJ and key stakeholder across the college in order to continually streamline processes, plan administrative activities that are aligned to the curriculum area, and maintain effective communication in order to provide a consistently high quality level of service across the department.

Oversee key UCJ events which require support as identified in the cross college calendar, liaising with partners and senior leaders.
