Job Overview
Are you an organised, proactive, and highly efficient administrator looking for your next challenge? Health and Care Jersey is seeking a Personal Assistant / Team Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to the Director of Workforce and the wider Workforce Team.
This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of the organisation, managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing documents and reports, handling confidential information, and ensuring the smooth running of the Workforce function.
What you'll bring:
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong administrative experience, ideally in a complex organisation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence managing competing priorities and tight deadlines
- A high level of discretion when dealing with sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems
