Job Overview

Jersey Youth Service are looking for fun, creative and engaging individuals, who have the skills to develop and maintain positive relationships with young people. Targeted youth support is developing their team, recruiting candidates who have a passion for investing in young people’s wellbeing and making a difference to young people’s lives by supporting them to identify and achieve positive outcomes.

 

As part of the role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering programmes of, one-to-one work and group work, focusing on a range of topics and issues that are relevant and current to young people. Targeted youth support work alongside vulnerable young people, playing a key role in working with the team around them to ensure the young person’s voice is heard, using a Jersey Childrens First and multiagency approach.
