Job Overview

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in your community? The Jersey Probation and After-Care Service (JPACS) is seeking a part-time (zero hours) Community Service Supervisor to support the Community Service scheme, which provides an effective alternative to custody and delivers real benefits to the community.

 

What you’ll do

Supervise clients subject to community service orders.
Undertake training relevant to the role.

 

What we’re looking for

Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, courts, and community partners.
Previous supervisory experience together with the ability to motivate and organise a group of offenders.
The role involves weekend working-you must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays as part of a shift rotation.
