Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Grounds Person to support the maintenance and development of a diverse portfolio of sports facilities, including natural grass playing fields, artificial pitches, and associated areas.
The role involves carrying out a wide range of practical and technical grounds maintenance duties to ensure all surfaces are safe, well-presented, and fit for use by the public, clubs, and other users. Working as part of a team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality sports surfaces in line with recognised industry standards and health and safety requirements.
You will play an important role in preparing facilities for day-to-day use and events, maintaining equipment and site cleanliness, and supporting ongoing improvements across the grounds. The position also includes interacting with customers, supporting safe site operations, and contributing to a positive user experience.
