Job Overview
Healthcare Assistant: Mental Health rehabilitation and recovery services.
We have an exciting opportunity for a health care assistant who is passionate about improving the health and recovery of people with serious mental illness.
The role involves working across Clairvale and Mental health day services.
Clairvale is a 10 bedded unit for adults over the age of 18 with a diagnosis of Serious Mental illness and under the care of the Community mental health services. Clairvale provides treatment within a multi-disciplinary service supporting individuals experiencing psychosis.
Our Mental Health Day service, ‘The Diner’, is a day service which provides support for those under the care of Community Mental health teams. We are a multi-disciplinary team who offer a wide range of group and individual care. We focus on recovery and support service users to manage their mental health and to reduce periods of crisis.
Our facilities, activities, therapies and services are designed with our patients, recovery and community reintegration in mind. We believe every individual has strengths and our treatment programs build on these to help our service users recover. We want all service users under our care to have the right care, treatment and support to be able to return to their community.
