Job Overview

We are looking for individuals who have:

  • An understanding of how adults learn and how to develop a learning mindset
  • Skills in assessing and addressing the future digital learning capability
  • Experience of how to assess and measure digital learner engagement, learning transfer and its impact on the learning strategy.
  • An understanding and experience of using SAP enabled digital learning technologies, such as Success Factors, SAP Enable Now; and, Articulate is preferable but training will be provided

 

Job Purpose

What you will be doing

  • Building an evidence based, business demand led curriculum of digital learning and development solutions
  • Creating, designing and rolling out innovative, multi-media digital learning solutions that engage colleagues in impactful learning experiences
  • Refining and enhancing the digital learning collateral that is hosted on the Connected Learning Management System with systematic content reviews
  • Developing the lay-out, taxonomy, knowledge management and structure and ease of use of the Connected Learning Management System
  • Creating learning and skills reports for integration into the wider People dashboards
  • Conducting data and trend analysis of the impact of digital learning solutions and enable informed decision making on learning investment
  • Managing our different digital licences and ensuring that the team continue to grow their capability, confidence and skills in using SAP Success Factors platform as well as content creation tools such as SAP Enable Now and Articulate
  • Working closely with colleagues across the Organisation Development service that includes Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Programmes and Organisational Effectiveness teams to advise on digital learning solution
